Founded in 2004, NSC is the first subspecialty movement disorder clinic in Central Texas and has helped thousands of movement disorder patients from central Texas and beyond live their lives to the fullest. A private movement disorders practice based in Austin, we provide comprehensive care and treatment of complex movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, essential tremor, and many other conditions. At the forefront of Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) therapy in Texas, Dr. Izor has completed over 400 DBS cases and implanted over 700 leads. Utilizing a proactive, team-based approach, we work closely with our patients (and their families, loved ones, and caregivers) to develop an individualized treatment strategy designed to delay the onset of their symptoms while reducing the symptoms’ severity.
